This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your order and the steps involved in the cancellation process.

(1) Order Cancellation

1.1 Timing

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, cancellation requests may not be honoured, and the order may have already been processed and shipped.

(2) How to Cancel an Order

2.1 Contact Us

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at mercidieustore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2.2 Confirmation

Our customer service team will review your cancellation request and, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, will confirm the cancellation via email/WhatsApp message.

(3) Cancellation Fees

• No cancellation fees will be applied if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow our Return Policy to return the product and obtain a refund. In such cases, shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

(4) Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window:

• The full purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days.
• If you paid by credit card, the refund may take some time to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

(5) Changes to Orders

5.1 Modifying Orders

• If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., change of address, product modification), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
• Changes to the order can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

(6) Pre-Orders and Special Orders

• Pre-orders and special orders may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please review the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase for these items.
